Customer Support Specialist with Technical Expertise

The Customer Support Specialist provides high-quality support services to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities include investigating technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and resolving relevant issues. This role involves analyzing problems, recording issues addressed, and providing resolutions to clients.
**Key Requirements:**
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) is preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience as a Service Desk agent or equivalent position.
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and 11, Office365 Portal, and TCP/IP protocols is essential.
- Strong verbal and written English skills are required.
**Compensation Package:
- Estimated monthly salary: $7,919.25 - $20,599.11.
**Location:** The customer support specialist will be based in Zapopan, near the Plaza del Sol.
