About the Role

This exciting opportunity is available at Mondelēz International for a highly skilled Global Data Migration Transformation Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading data migration tasks and ensuring a smooth transition to our new system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive understanding of business processes and associated data.
  • Owning Data Object Scope for the respective domain.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in terms of data migration scope definition for their domain.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including MDS, business, and external vendors, to ensure seamless data migration execution.
  • Codelivering data migration workshops and discussions around the respective domain data objects.
  • Contributing to the design of data orchestration processes.
  • Providing expertise and direction on data migration strategy for the objects under responsibility.
  • Responsible to monitor Data Cleansing activities such as Master Data cleansing, write-off activities, etc., in partnership with the Regional assigned transformation team.
  • Coordinating with Global Governance/Data Owner to enforce data standards by providing first-line support for the data designs cross-functionally.
  • Leading on initial data profiling rules in close partnership with the Data Migration Partner and SAP DMLT Team.
  • Partnering with Regional Data Migration SME to ensure adherence to Global Data Model and Standards Implementations.
  • Reviewing, ensuring the CDDs/KDEs are consistent with the global and regional governance model in partnership with Regional Data Migration SME and functions.
  • Providing support to Regional Data Migration SME in Data Verification and Validation.
  • Documenting data models, rules, and other data assets in Enterprise Data Catalogue.
  • Translating relevant defects into adjustments for CDDs rules where appropriate.
  • Proactively addressing any risks associated with data cleansing and migration.
  • Providing regular reporting and status updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress, milestones, and any potential issues or challenges.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess a diverse skill set and demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate should have:
  • Experience (3-5 years) in data migration within large projects in multiple regions/markets, preferably in the context of SAP S4/HANA implementations and/or data management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, leveraging these tools to facilitate communication, collaboration, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across business and technical functions to achieve project milestones.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical data solutions and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in data management, with a focus on data process, governance, and quality, preferably in the context of SAP S4hana implementations in multinational FMCG environments.
  • Experience with data cataloging, cleansing, and migration tools and techniques, as well as metadata management principles.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to data migration.
  • Strong track record of driving change and innovation, with the ability to think outside the box and embrace an agile and growth mindset.
  • Result-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

Mondelēz International offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of approximately $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
