  • Design and execute trials for processing validation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate technology risks, contributing to risk assessment and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain processing specifications in SAP PLM, ensuring alignment with project and factory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to support transformation projects and ensure clear communication regarding processing and scale-up recommendations.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and waste reduction agendas, actively participating in process optimization and complexity reduction efforts.

Requirements

  • Science or Engineering degree.
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D - product/process development, Supply Chain, or related fields.
