Claims Support Coordinator

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. As a Claims Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Processing claims documents and assigning new claims or activities to our team's Adjusters for processing
- Communicating regularly with customers and third parties to assess and take decisions on claim evidence
- Maintaining assignation databases and uploading documents to the system
- Reporting complaints and compliments received via email or phone
We're seeking a highly organized and analytical individual with excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (with Portuguese a plus). You will have:
- Experience in insurance operations, claims, or a related area (not essential, as we provide thorough induction and ongoing training)
- Basic computer skills, e.g., Excel, Outlook
- Lots of enthusiasm and a desire to learn
