Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Support Specialist to join our team at BandLab Technologies. As a Community Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and engagement across various channels and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and solutions via Zendesk
  • Troubleshoot issues reported by users involving ReverbNation products
  • Drive ReverbNation digital ecosystem through feedback with the development team
  • Identify support systems and processes to help users better help themselves
  • Support general Marketing activities and initiatives
  • Be an evangelist for ReverbNation around the world
  • Personally participate and engage users in the ReverbNation community building direct relationships with fans and influencers
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Musician with knowledge and experience in professional music production
  • General technical understanding of BandLab, ReverbNation, and other products
  • Deep, well-demonstrated experience in online community building and social outreach
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership, management, and communication skills
  • Able to make critical decisions under time constraints and a full workload
  • Able to work on weekends
  • Able to travel as needed
  • Ability to take on new roles, assignments and responsibilities as needed
  • Strong writer with positive and personable communication skills
