Axalta, a leading global company in the coatings industry, seeks a highly skilled Quality Assurance Team Lead to join its team in Mexico. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of approximately $55,000-$65,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • SUPERVISION OF TECHNICAL PERSONNEL: Assign tasks and lead a team to achieve quality objectives.
  • PRODUCT PROCESSING MONITORING: Ensure compliance with regulations, safety protocols, and product quality standards.
  • CERTIFICATE GENERATION AND PRODUCT RELEASE: Manage the creation and issuance of direct SAP certificates and oversee product release processes.
  • JURISDICTIONAL PARTICIPATION: Engage in internal meetings with various departments and contribute to research initiatives related to our products.
  • METRICS TRACKING AND QUALITY CONTROL: Monitor laboratory metrics, inspect physical properties of various technologies, and ensure client requirements are met (industrial and automotive).
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in quality control (laboratory).
  • Intermediate to advanced level English proficiency.
  • Leadership and personnel management skills.
  • Availability for rotational shifts.
