About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Master Data Manager to join our Quality Assurance team at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF). In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and aligning master data related tasks such as Quality Control Inspection plans, Quality Specifications, Certificates Of Analysis (CoA), Product data sheets, and Nutritional Information sheets using different SAP workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain master data related tasks, including Quality Control Inspection plans, Quality Specifications, CoA, Product data sheets, and Nutritional Information sheets
  • Load Master Data for all new products and intermediates during the NPI (New Product Introduction) process related to Quality, Food Safety, and Sustainable information
  • Review religious data and nutritional data from vendors to determine compliance with customer, IFF internal requirements, and existing database standards
  • Conduct formula reviews, Master Data reviews, and Customer Communication reviews for the E&R (Eliminate & Replace) process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, supporting IFF sales requests, servicing IFF customers through the IFF Clover documentation program
Requirements

Work Scheme

This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days of remote work and 2 days of on-site work at IFF's Tlalnepantla facility.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience. IFF offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
