Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within various organizations at HP, developing strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
- Consult with managers and HR Business Partners to develop innovative sourcing strategies, ensuring the successful recruitment of high-quality candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Understand the business, culture, and processes, and identify key stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
- Drive career growth within HP by proactively sourcing talent from our internal pool, maximizing referrals to support strategic business needs.

Qualifications
- First-level university degree preferred.

- Superior communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to analyze new solutions and long-term needs, and present opportunities to management.
- Ability to build partnerships across various businesses and work in a collaborative manner.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage complex administrative processes concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
