The Creator Marketing Manager LATAM has the responsibility to establish Red Bull as a strong consumer-focused brand through innovative Creator Marketing initiatives. This role involves developing and overseeing regional strategies for collaborating with creators while ensuring alignment with global guidelines.


Job Description:


This position can be based in Mexico City or São Paulo. Key responsibilities include:



  • Developing a regional strategy around the Creator Marketing Program
  • Owning and educating all teams on tools used for onboarding, training, communicating, and monitoring creators
  • Collaborating closely with markets and global teams to ensure efficient execution of the global strategy
  • Focusing on seamless and credible product integration into the everyday life of creators across the region
  • Supporting various business areas, including Product Expert Program, Sports, Culture, Brand, On Premise, to amplify marketing initiatives aligned with their interests
  • Countries' Support: Working with markets to find suitable creator profiles and workflows for different program tiers
  • Maximizing local creators' initiatives into regional channels

Required Skills and Qualifications:


To succeed in this role, you should have:



  • Previous experience working professionally within the Creators / Social Media Influencers industry or related businesses, media, and event production
  • Good knowledge of the Creator Marketing scene in LATAM
  • A history of working with creators, contracts, and content creation, as well as dealing with brand partnerships
  • Clear understanding of global entertainment, creators' industry, including legal aspects
  • Good marketing and country relationship understanding (people, habits, trends, etc.)
  • Strong project management skills (team of specialists, leading external agencies, production companies, freelancers, etc.), presentation, and motivational skills
  • Creative and innovative mindset, open to new ideas
  • Excellent organisational and project planning/management skills coupled with the ability to work in a team
  • A strong ability to write, present, and articulate ideas clearly
  • 25 - 50% work time travel availability (varies along the year)
  • Fluent English and Spanish
  • University Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or similar areas

Benefits:


We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, plus additional benefits, such as opportunities for career growth, flexible work arrangements, and a dynamic work environment.
