About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Marketing Specialist II Women's Lifestyle LATAM to join our Mexico City-based Marketing team. As a key member of the Consumer Brand Management team, you will be responsible for leading brand strategy and driving innovation, concepts, product, and key moments from brief to plan to execution across our Nike Mexico and Latin America territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Brand Manager and team to gain consumer insight, learn the ideation process, and product integration into seasonal planning.
  • Support development of seasonal initiatives and deliver integrated marketing plans.
  • Manage campaign progress measurement, including recapping and de-briefing.
  • Lead and manage key tactical executions that deliver on the overall integrated marketing plan.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience in brand building/marketing, consumer marketing, or related experience in digital marketing and/or integrated brand communications.
  • Genuine passion and deep understanding of Lifestyle consumer, the fashion industry landscape, women's style, and trends insights.
  • Ability to think big picture first, work cross-functionally, have a curiosity for consumer insights/behaviors, and multi-task in a fast-paced, agile culture.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
