Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all sales operations in LATAM, ensuring strategic growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for growth in all LATAM markets, identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing ones.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations in LATAM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve market share, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Analyze local competitors to strengthen the brand position and stay ahead of the market.
  • Lead on PR, communications, branding, campaigns, and events, ensuring a cohesive and effective brand presence.
  • Evaluate the productivity of campaigns and strategy to optimize both current and future campaigns.
  • Formulate the campaign strategy in alignment with customer requirements and company goals.
  • Identify regional marketing goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Supervise and develop the regional marketing budget, marketing reports, and sales reports.
About the Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Brand Manager LATAM with a strong background in marketing, sales, and business development.

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in LATAM.
  • Advanced English (C1-C2) is required.
  • Experience in manufacturing, cosmetic industry, or related fields is a plus.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field is required.
  • Experience in managing successful marketing campaigns and proven working experience as a Brand Manager.
  • Deep knowledge about marketing, sales, consumers, and industry.
  • Strong communications skills, goal-oriented, excellent organizational skills, leadership, problem-solving, and networking skills.
  • Collaborative and excellent relationship management.
About the Opportunity

We offer a competitive salary of $100,000-$120,000 MXN gross salary, plus superior benefits, and the opportunity to work remotely. Based in Mexico City, this role requires a strong understanding of the LATAM market and a proven track record of success in marketing and sales leadership.
