Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Director to oversee the maintenance of our plant equipment and ensure a safe working environment. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to work under pressure.

  • The role involves managing the execution of tasks and functions of the maintenance group, ensuring operable plant equipment.
  • This includes developing, coordinating, supervising, and sustaining maintenance functions and equipment support.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role within our company. As an Industrial Operations Director, you will be responsible for supervising preventive maintenance execution on time and according to requirements.

You will request spare parts and consumables in advance for proper and timely preventive maintenance, as well as support operations by achieving manufacturing-production department objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage spare parts flow and consumption in the maintenance warehouse, triggering necessary purchases for critical equipment.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects, equipment installations, technical support, process improvements, and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure a safe work environment and train/qualify staff.
  • Prioritize fault resolution and activities, and comply with safety regulations.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a solid understanding of electrical, electronics, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Candidates should have practical experience in tooling, PLC, lean principles, and project management, as well as knowledge of Maintenance KPIs, Downtime, MTTR, MTBF, and OEE.

A bachelor's degree in mechatronics, manufacturing, or engineering is required, along with proven leadership experience and the ability to work under pressure.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
