- Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards.
- Develop and implement effective financial processes and systems to ensure efficient and accurate financial transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure the success of the team.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, vendors, and auditors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement changes to improve financial processes and services.
- University degree in Accounting or related field.
- Advanced level of English language proficiency.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial operations, with a focus on accounts payable and travel & expense.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost savings.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of financial systems, including SAP and MS Office.
- SOX knowledge and experience with internal controls and audit.
