Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with customers, managing all aspects of customer load delivery and inquiries, and coordinating activities with multiple internal departments to minimize customer service issues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage customer relationships, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and provide efficient solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain accurate customer systems, including budget models and reports.
  4. Participate in projects to improve systems and procedures, promoting a positive working relationship across the organization and customer network.
  5. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in logistics, preferably bilingual.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with supply chain operations and common obstacles.
Salary and Benefits
