Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at FedEx, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as you will be interacting with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information on service features, delivery procedures, and payment processes.
  • Initiate pick-ups, deliveries, and shipment research, as well as provide rate quotes and exception requests.
  • Assist and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide sales leads to sales employees and perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent and 1 year of experience in customer problem resolution.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish, written and verbal skills.
  • Good research, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in an office environment and accommodate variable shifts.

Working Conditions

  • Office environment with minimal travel required.
