Job Responsibilities
Credit Management Team Leader
As a Credit Management Team Leader at Danfoss, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day credit and collection process, making decisions about the release of blocked orders, and communicating with internal and external customers to ensure prompt and on-time payment of receivables and resolution of disputed open items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the credit and collection process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of receivables.
- Make decisions about the release of blocked orders, considering credit risk and customer creditworthiness.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to resolve disputes and ensure prompt payment.
- Monitor team performance, proactively managing workload to meet KPIs.
- Assess credit risk and customer creditworthiness to make informed decisions about order releases and credit limits.
- Maintain accurate credit data and collection files.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Background and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Educated in economics and/or management or relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervision or leadership position.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a minimum C1 level of English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within demanding timelines, demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking.
- Proactive and foresighted thinking, with a positive and open-minded attitude.
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude, securing passionate engagement from the team.
