Strategic HR Partner
Location: Monterrey,
Opportunity
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role offers strategic guidance and coaching to management on talent and cultural initiatives that support the growth of the organization and its teams. Comprehensive assistance includes recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and labor relations to enhance organizational agility and effectiveness.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with leadership to formulate, implement, and advance human resources strategies that ensure workforce plans align with organizational capabilities.
Build and sustain strong relationships of trust to promote transparency, open communication, and collaboration.
Propel talent and cultural initiatives through consultation and relationship management, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies. Utilize Talent Center of Expertise resources to integrate key initiatives.
Design, implement, and coach to facilitate organizational change management and communications.
Develop comprehensive talent management strategies to identify skill, knowledge, and talent gaps, and create specific programs to address these gaps.
Oversee recruitment processes to position Kohler as an employer of choice, attracting top talent for experienced roles and early career programs.
Support, develop, engage, and retain talent by creating, implementing, and maintaining talent management solutions, including engagement, succession planning, learning and development, and assessment.
Stay informed about local market trends and leverage insights to create effective site-based HR strategies and solutions.
Foster a talent-centric culture across the organization in areas of talent attraction, development, enhancing organizational health, and promoting a high-performance culture.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to cultivate a sense of belonging and support continuous improvement within the organization.
Collaborate with leaders to ensure effective communication and associate engagement plans are impactful.
Utilize data to proactively address issues such as turnover, organizational structure, diversity, equity, and other key indicators.
Champion significant talent and culture initiatives at the site level.
Skills/Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience are required. HR certifications are preferred.
A change agent in HR who thrives in uncertain environments, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic setting.
A balance of strategic and tactical approaches; capable of executing tasks while considering long-term objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
Proven ability to partner and collaborate within a global matrix organization to optimize results.
A strong commitment to building trust and relationships at multiple organizational levels.
