Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to money transfers, bill payments, and exchange rates.
- Utilize active listening skills and professional telephone etiquette to build trust with customers.
- Handle phone transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate information and a positive experience for customers.
- Manage job stress and effectively handle situations with upset customers, maintaining a positive image for Ria.
Requirements:
- Excellent language skills in both Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer research skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and night shifts, as well as support overtime as required.
Work Environment:
100% office-based work, providing a professional and supportive environment for our team members.
