About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our field sales team in Mexico. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a field sales representative team to achieve sales targets and deliver on annual KPIs
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including account teams, category managers, and customer finance teams
  • Manage winning customer business relationships to deliver exceptional results
  • Fully understand category insights and coach the team to use this knowledge to engage and influence customers

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in detail selling
  • Knowledge of market and routes-to-market in which Mondelez International performs
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes
  • Perseverance and attention to details

Education and Certifications:

Carrera terminada (Licenciatura, ingeniería o afín)

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of approximately $60,000-$80,000 USD per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
