Position Overview:

The Senior Manager - Commercial Lending will oversee the strategies to increase productivity of the Managers, Executives, and Third Party Sales Agents (TPSA) assigned to each product across the span of control.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor commercial strategies of the division.
  • Support and monitor branches in loan placement.
  • Build long-term relationships with key clients: Branches, Developers, Real Estate Agencies, TPSA, and Car Dealers.
  • Focus on all sales channels: Branches, Call Center, TPSA.

Requirements:

  • Economic career - administrative or engineering degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of administrative activities.
  • Financial knowledge (banking business).
  • Experience in creating business relationships to boost productivity.
  • High responsibility.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive and customer-centric.
  • Decision-making capacity.
  • Problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • English proficiency (80%).
