**About the Role**

Uber is seeking a strategic Ads Enterprise Partner Manager to drive Advertising campaigns execution and success across our Mobility and Delivery advertising platforms. This key role will work closely with the largest restaurant brands in México to deliver on their marketing objectives through our Ads offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Proactively supervise campaign performance to identify and address issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand campaign specifications and develop sophisticated executions
- Coordinate the launch and management of campaigns; while presenting updates and setting expectations with all stakeholders
- Run regular campaign reporting cadence based on advertisers' needs
- Develop a strong understanding of client's marketing goals and challenges and proactively recommend solutions that support them
- Advise clients on how to adjust tactics based on marketing goals and performance trends
- Uncover opportunities to drive better performance and increased investment by analyzing data and pitching these to the broader internal account team
- Work closely with internal teams to produce customer deliverables
- Analyze data to highlight trends and provide meaningful insights to partners, and track the impact of initiatives against their goals
- Communicate product limitations and feedback to relevant internal teams
- Expand product adoption by clearly communicating the value of our newest products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings
- Drive initiatives to drive adoption for our restaurant partners at scale

**Requirements**

- At least 4 years of consistent track record in Account Management, Operations, or Sales functions
- Experience handling and analyzing digital ads campaigns for Enterprise level brands
- Strong analytical approach, who can drill into sophisticated problems and drive quick yet efficient solutions
- Ability to analyze, review results, and propose recommendations
- SQL skills will be considered a plus
- Strong communication skills (customer-facing experience)
- Expert organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Bold self-starter who enjoys being challenged and continuous learning
- Creative problem solver
- Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
