Job Summary

  • Foster a learning community that promotes knowledge sharing and collaboration across the LATAM region.
  • Support the implementation of learning standards and quality systems to ensure compliance and reduce risk.
  • Develop and innovate processes to support sites with training assignments and content development.
  • Participate in on-the-job training development and implementation.
  • Work independently to resolve technology issues and provide support to learning professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make recommendations for local training resources and partner with local training resources to determine training needs.
  • Identify and monitor at-risk sites where training can help the bottom line.
  • Deliver global instructor/trainer qualification courses and super user training.
  • Communicate with learning professionals and stakeholders regarding learning system and process changes.
  • Participate in plant remediation support and implement learning solutions and services.

Requirements

  • English language skills are essential, with a second language (e.g., Spanish) being an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, problem-solving, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter with influencing skills and disciplined action and execution.
  • Strong learning technology application and analytical skills.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience managing learning support for a region or other global role.
  • 3-5 years of experience in leadership development, human resources, and/or organization development.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with direct responsibility of training development across multiple locations in a GMP-regulated environment.
