About the Role

As a Learning Experience Leader at TaskUs, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and professional learning environment within the organization. Your primary goal will be to design and expand training and development programs that align with product-specific training methodologies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set the Standard: Establish and maintain high standards of conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character that serve as a benchmark for the team.
  • Curriculum Development: Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training programs, including curriculum, training, and exams for all general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement.
  • Technical Training: Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements as identified by enterprise needs.
  • Project Management: Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training and project management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization.
  • Content Expertise: Act as the content expert, maintaining relevant training documents and training materials for training conducted.
  • Induction Programs: Develop and create effective induction programs for new employees.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and review trainees' progress through questionnaires and discussions with their managers.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure that statutory training requirements are met, understand e-learning techniques, and identify where they are relevant.
  • Research and Development: Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
  • Code of Conduct: Ensure that all trainees adhere to the company's Code of Conduct.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in a related field (training or teaching experience).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A problem solver and critical thinker.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and longer hours.
