Patient Contact Center Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Contact Center Representative to join our team at Pediatric Associates Family of Companies. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls with a professional and friendly attitude, welcoming patients and providing support as needed.
  • Register new patients by gathering pertinent information and entering it into our advanced electronic medical record system.
  • Verify insurance coverage and information to ensure accurate and timely care.
  • Set patient appointments and identify future visits to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document information in advance of physician visits to ensure accurate and efficient care.
  • Collect and confirm patient information to provide advanced and efficient clinical care.
  • Complete clinical referrals and requests for provider approval to pharmacies, specialists, and other care facilities.
  • Directly assist patients, caregivers, and family members with clinical and non-clinical inquiries, leveraging internal research support and reference materials as needed.
  • Communicate with clinics and other business offices as necessary to ensure smooth care delivery.
  • Perform other duties as needed, including outbound calls, copying, and faxing.

Requirements:
