- Register new patients by gathering pertinent information and entering it into our advanced electronic medical record system.
- Verify insurance coverage and information to ensure accurate and timely care.
- Set patient appointments and identify future visits to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document information in advance of physician visits to ensure accurate and efficient care.
- Collect and confirm patient information to provide advanced and efficient clinical care.
- Complete clinical referrals and requests for provider approval to pharmacies, specialists, and other care facilities.
- Directly assist patients, caregivers, and family members with clinical and non-clinical inquiries, leveraging internal research support and reference materials as needed.
- Communicate with clinics and other business offices as necessary to ensure smooth care delivery.
- Perform other duties as needed, including outbound calls, copying, and faxing.
