Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SAP training programs to meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP project management and implementation
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on SAP best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their SAP training needs are met

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP project and program management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with multiple areas of a program, including contract management, commercial management, sales, and delivery
  • Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • A Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or ITIL certifications
  • Experience and certifications in SAP project Activate
  • Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management, and system architecture
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective
  • Strong influencing and excellent communication skills
  • Strong client service attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work in shifts to support our global clients
