Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced professional to work with our leadership teams to implement and train lean core tools, identify cost reduction opportunities, and drive process improvements within the plant.

Main Accountabilities

  • Promote the effective use of root cause problem-solving and lean core tools to eliminate problems and standardize results.
  • Conduct plant assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to close gaps using Value Stream Mapping and other lean core tools.
  • Track and maintain a list of improvement action items, create action plans to complete open items, and provide performance visibility to leadership teams through metrics.
  • Develop and implement lean core tool implementations and continuous improvement actions, and monitor their continued practice and update training or actions as needed to meet company goals.
  • Drive the development of a deployment strategy and establish systems to maintain success in the plant.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and have advanced English skills.

Additionally, the candidate should have experience in Lean Manufacturing, including VSM, Kaizen events, 5S's, TPM, SMED, Standard work, and Material flow.
