We are seeking an experienced Application Solutions Specialist to join our team at Datalogic. As a key member of our sales and technical team, you will be responsible for providing sales support to customers, making high-level joint sales calls, and driving the development of strategic accounts and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support to customers to convey our ability and experience and to demonstrate value in operations that can be gained by applying automatic identification solutions to mobility-enabled business processes.
- Make high-level joint sales calls to potential customers and resellers to present Datalogic's products, systems, and services.
- Continually drive the development of strategic accounts and industries, maintaining focus over a long sales cycle.
- Meet objectives for sales revenue, customer satisfaction, and sales team satisfaction.
- Manage the application feasibility study, defining the solution in terms of HW, SW, Services, and the related bill of materials.
- Define and manage the needed laboratory testing to validate the solution.
- Manage surveys and simple demos at customers' sites.
- Estimate the effort required for any service and submit SPRs to develop custom HW/SW.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a technical or business field.
- Fluent English and Spanish, written and verbal communication.
- 5+ years of sales or technical experience in the enterprise mobility workspace.
