Overview:

MX003 Marsh And Mclennan Servicios S.A. De Cv is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the legal and compliance industry. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Mexico City.

Estimated Salary: 250,000 - 400,000 MXN per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing full technical ownership of the MMC Legal eBilling application (Wolters Kluwer Passport) and other integrated applications. This includes managing upgrades, troubleshooting bugs, making functionality changes, and providing level 2 user support, security, and access management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate training materials to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for users.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen stakeholder relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Identify and propose solutions to improve application functionality and overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application of new technologies and processes.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders on application usage, best practices, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in unit testing and performance testing to ensure high-quality application performance.
  • Communicate technical requirements and solutions to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • 3+ years of experience as a full-time support analyst in a technical team.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Wolters Kluwer's Passport software solution or similar.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Self-sufficient and able to take independent action, with a strong results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with system integrations, collaboration tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
