About the Role

As a Strategic Partner Development Manager at Google Inc., you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through strategic partnerships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive adoption of Google's leading-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Google's strategy for the Spanish-speaking LATAM market, leveraging your expertise in business development and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with global teams and other business development groups to establish and manage key partner integrations, fostering robust relationships with partners and utilizing scalable models to connect with diverse partner ecosystems.
  • Guide partner and internal teams to achieve seamless technical implementations, share partner insights, and contribute market intelligence to Google's product development process.
  • Design and execute processes and policies that enhance Google's ability to partner effectively at scale, representing the company at industry events and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, with a strong track record of driving business growth and innovation.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management, with a strong ability to communicate and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships, with a strong understanding of partnership strategies and execution.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese or Spanish fluently, with a strong ability to engage with local stakeholders and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
