Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled F&B Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations, ensuring efficient management of resources, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Food and Beverage Operations Management: Supervise the receiving clerk, manage food and beverage requisitions, prepare sales analysis and standard recipe costing, and monitor non-food purchases against budget.
  2. Scheduling and Planning: Plan and prepare schedules for expense accounts as needed.
  3. Financial Reporting: Assist the Director of Finance with all reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  4. Hotel Operations: Bring any matters affecting the hotel's interests to the attention of management.
  5. Resource Optimization: Identify cost-effective use of resources and educate the team on best practices.
  6. Inventory Management: Conduct regular food and beverage inventories, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  7. Cost Control: Supervise operational functions, including checking KOTs/BOTs and conducting spot checks.
  8. Financial Analysis: Finalize all cost-related accounts for food and beverages, comparing monthly purchases with account payables.
  9. Reporting and Compliance: Submit all food and beverage cost-related details to the Accounts Department, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  10. Monthly Inventory: Conduct a thorough inventory of food, beverage, and other storeroom items, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
