**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement structural designs and calculations for various types of structures, including bridges, buildings, and dams.

• Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Analyze and design structural components to meet project specifications, considering factors such as safety, durability, and sustainability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• At least 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

• Proficiency in engineering design and analysis software, such as Staad, RISA, or similar.

• Excellent problem-solving and mathematical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

• Strong understanding of construction materials, including steel, concrete, and timber, and their applications in structural engineering.

• Familiarity with building codes and regulations, including OSHA and local building codes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
