Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Specialist to join our team in the Americas region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and channel partners.

Responsibilities
  • Work with MCC distribution partners and customers' technical teams to achieve design wins and increase account penetration.
  • Provide technical support for Discrete Semiconductor products, including SiC technology and IGBTs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities by building strong relationships with customer technical teams.
  • Interface with R&D and Product Marketing teams to define new product requirements and technology needs.
  • Collect and summarize market intelligence information to provide feedback to the product team.
  • Contribute to regional or global teams to achieve assigned tasks and objectives.
Requirements
  • BSEE/BSME degree or equivalent, with 5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor solutions, focusing on power management.
  • Solid experience in technology sales, understanding of the semiconductor industry, and ability to converse about business issues.
  • Effective communication, presentation, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and negotiate with customers facing technical challenges.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
