About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Syncreon. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison to stakeholders throughout the project life cycle, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and deliver project initiation documents, including feasibility studies, risk assessments, and project initiation reports.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers, project leaders, and internal stakeholders, ensuring excellent two-way communication.
  • Monitor project progress, deliverables, quality assurance, and customer service, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Provide work direction and feedback to team members, assisting them in issue resolution and developing new processes as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver formal presentations to colleagues and management, sharing best practices for account management, staff development, and technical expertise.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed launch plan, ensuring timely completion of projects and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and CAPEX, escalating any risks or issues to the VP Project Management and Steering Committee.
  • Provide leadership, support, and training to project team members and new operational staff, ensuring a smooth handover process to Operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in project management in a logistics environment, with operational experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of stress and pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
