About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relocation Project Manager to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our corporate real estate team, you will be responsible for managing relocation projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all relocation activities, including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement relocation project plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives
  • Procure and manage move labor, including vendor/contractor RFP, bidding process, and proposal evaluation
  • Manage supporting suppliers, including technology, telephony, and furniture
  • Perform data input into the CAFM system to maintain occupancy information
  • Develop and deliver required project-specific reporting and BI surveys
  • Coordinate schedule, budget, and scope with various service providers
  • Determine pricing for non-baseline work requested
  • Provide move signage, general move directions, and be present on campus or at the move site to answer questions and resolve post-move issues
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in facility, project, or construction management in a corporate real estate environment
  • Background in project management, construction management, architecture, or project strategy planning
  • Minimum 2 years as a Relocation Project Manager or related experience
  • Proficient in CAD/CAFM technology with a move management module and/or facilities management system
  • Has successfully managed relocations of over 1000 employees
  • Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
  • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
  • Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts
  • Ability to manage all aspects of move management projects effectively and efficiently
