Job Overview

Purpose of the Role:
The individual will be accountable for the formulation, dissemination, and upkeep of comprehensive Project Plans that are of significant visibility. This role involves collaboration with both external and internal stakeholders on project management initiatives, showcasing a commitment to the ongoing enhancement of practices and processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

The essential duties include:

• Overseeing, monitoring, and reporting on the progress of designated projects.

• Identifying, addressing, and communicating any challenges that may impact the project timeline.

• Conducting analyses of project staffing capacity.

• Managing the program/project timeline and task assignments.

• Recognizing opportunities for process improvements, methodologies, and tools, and proposing actionable solutions.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications include:
Education: A degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration is preferred.
Experience: Relevant experience in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and effective time management is desirable.
Certifications: Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
