We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our team of professionals in our Tijuana call center.
About the Job:
This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $6,000.00 per week.
Job Description:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising campaigns in our call center, overseeing performance, and providing guidance and feedback to staff members.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate organizational needs, manage relationships to ensure success, and provide clear direction to team members.
- Hire and onboard new employees, focusing on their growth and development within the company.
- Anticipate escalation and take over calls when necessary, ensuring seamless customer service experiences.
- Optimize procedures, keep staff motivated, and promote a positive work environment.
- Recommend changes to improve quality of results and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Ensure management is informed about issues and problems affecting operations.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in English, both written and spoken.
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisor experience and 2 years of experience working in call centers.
Tools and Technologies:
The successful candidate will have experience using MS Office, GSuite, dialers, and CRM software.
Location and Schedule:
This position is based on-site in Tijuana, Mexico, close to Costco in Zona Rio. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, with benefits as per Mexican law.
