About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consulting Manager to join our team at Salesforce. As a key member of our Professional Services organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Technical Consultants in delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Technical Consultants in handling, training, and mentoring to ensure successful project delivery
  • Work closely with delivery manager teams, technical consultants, and Salesforce University teams to ensure efficient onboarding and ongoing training
  • Report directly to the Director/RVP and have up to 10 direct reports under your scope of responsibility
  • Deliver technical work on projects at 50% utilization and balance that with leading your team
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience leading professional consulting teams delivering large enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
  • Experience in agile and hybrid SDLC models including full lifecycle deployments
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management Roles
  • Consistent track record of training and coaching junior consultants
  • Good understanding of user interface design principles
  • Experience working with a variety of technology and ability to multi-task between different projects and workflow stages
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce (Apex, VisualForce, Lightning) certification
  • Agile SCRUM Master Certification
  • Industry domain experience in Insurance, Health Insurance, Telecommunication, Energy, and/or the Government sector
  • Experience with the Vlocity suite of products
