Job Summary
A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at ABB Schweiz AG. As a key member of our Motion Business Unite in Mexico, you will play a vital role in providing technical assistance and support to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers regarding applications, sales tools, products presentations, trainings, and other activities related to technical issues and order receipts.
Develop current customers by coordinating with Sales teams and follow up of sales opportunities, increase pipeline, and increase orders.
Develop and follow up of new leads for the business.

Requirements
Higher University Technician in Automation and Control, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Engineering degree.
Strong interest in technology and control and automation.
Excellent customer service skills and methodical personality with ability to adapt to changes and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in a company within the automation industry is valuable.
