Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, is seeking an Administrative Clerk to join our Immigration Department in Mexico City.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process time entries and open new matters
• Draft legal services agreements and engagement letters
• Make travel arrangements and process expense requests
• Maintain calendars, manage incoming mail, and track packages
• Maintain legal files, organize documents, and place service requests
• Conduct data entry, including uploading documents and entering client details
• Assist with overflow work and perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in an administrative or support role within a law firm or similar organization
• Knowledge of immigration processes, legal documents, and submission requirements preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and ability to collaborate well in a team
• Ability to problem-solve, use good judgment, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
