Oportunidad: Auxiliar de recursos humanos-capacitación
Objetivo
Es responsable de apoyar a la implementación y control de los programas de capacitación para el personal administrativo y operativo de planta Bajío, así como el seguimiento y administración de registros internos y legales de la capacitación.
Alcance
El perfil de puesto es aplicable a la posición de HR clerck del área de Recursos Humanos con especialidad en capacitación para Kohler Bajío.
Funciones generales:
1.Aplicar las disposiciones normativas y las herramientas administrativas institucionales (funciones, políticas, procedimientos, formatos, instructivos) relativas a su ámbito de gestión.
2.Asistir y participar en eventos de capacitación y formación convocados por el área de Recursos Humanos, con el fin de mejorar el desempeño de sus funciones y fortalecer su desarrollo personal y profesional.
3.Cumplir las disposiciones disciplinarias, de seguridad e higiene establecidas en el reglamento interior de trabajo y prestaciones
4.Atender las disposiciones establecidas en el código de ética institucional en el desempeño de sus funciones.
Funciones específicas
1.Administrar las matrices de habilidades de los colaboradores, asegurando el correcto registro de los entrenamientos que han completado.
2.Asegura el registro de asistencia y evaluaciones (diagnósticas, intermedias y finales) de cada curso programado.
3.Realiza los reportes de calificaciones y porcentajes de asistencia a cada curso de capacitación programado.
4.Participa en la capacitación de inducción del personal de nuevo ingreso.
5.Realiza los recorridos de inducción al personal de nuevo ingreso.
6.Elabora y difunde las convocatorias a curso de capacitación por los diferentes medios de comunicación disponibles, para asegurar la asistencia del personal convocado.
en la administración de programas internos (escuelas operativas) para el monitoreo y seguimiento de la capacitación.
en la habilitación de salas, materiales y Coffe break necesario para cada entrenamiento.
en el registro de capacitaciones y cargas masivas necesaria en la plataforma SIRCE.
Skills/Requirements
PERFIL DE PUESTO
Nivel académico: Licenciatura terminada en administración, educación, psicología, pedagogía, recursos humanos o afín.
Experiencia: 1 año en capacitación empresarial
Competencias: Orientación a resultados, habilidad analítica, capacidad de planeación - organización, imparto e influencia
Competencias humanas: confianza en sí mismo, orientación al cliente, adaptabilidad, flexibilidad y colaboración
Competencias técnicas: capacitación- desarrollo y gestión por competencias
