Es un requisito indispensable tener maestría en el uso de cuchillería especializada y compromiso con la excelencia en el trabajo y la satisfacción del cliente.

**Responsabilidades**:
1. Destazar y preparar una variedad de cortes de carne con la más alta calidad y frescura.
2. Asegurar que todos los productos cumplan con los estándares de calidad de La Comer.
3. Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio y ordenado, y asesorar a los clientes sobre cortes y preparaciones.
