About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to management and project partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project needs are met and resolve issues
- Improve process operational efficiencies and identify automation opportunities
- Own program and operator governance
- Track and report performance metrics and program-level KPIs
- Develop resource feedback mechanisms and ensure NPS targets are met for the program

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Program/Project Management Experience
- Professional proficiency in English
- 2-3 years of experience as a Vendor Manager/Resourcing Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are preferred, with multilingual abilities an advantage
- Organized, detail-focused approach capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally, sharing information, providing support, and contributing to the overall success of the resources and onboarding process
- Excellent organizational skills needed to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and maintain detailed records throughout the process

- Understanding of business principles, human behavior, and motivation
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and technology tools
