Key Responsibilities

  • Review and correct data of incorrectly processed transactions to maintain high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to reconcile and balance refunds of cancelled transactions, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service via telephone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management, ensuring clear understanding and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively via telephone with clients.
  • Strong customer orientation skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
