About the Role

Boston Scientific Corporation is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and partners in the medical devices industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales plans.
  • Provide education and training to customers on company products and services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biomedical engineering or economics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in private and public accounts, with a focus on medical devices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service and relationship-building.
  • Familiarity with database management and data analysis.

Salary Estimate:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
