About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth for our top Sellers on the Amazon Mexico Store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Amazon Selling on Amazon products and their functionalities, as well as the ecommerce industry and competitive environment.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities and drive long-term growth for your assigned portfolio of Sellers.
  • Lead business strategy development and design long-term account plans, collaborating with internal teams and Sellers to identify joint areas of opportunity.
  • Build strong relationships with Sellers, serving as a trusted advisor and business advocate.
  • Oversee key strategic activities for Sellers, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews to stakeholders, highlighting progress and areas for growth.
