**Key Responsibilities**

As a Debt Recovery Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with our headquarters to establish annual targets and ensure the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Developing and implementing a proactive system to manage customer repayment plans, with a focus on improving services and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Leading a team of telephone and online-based debt collection agents, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
  • Providing guidance to the team on established industry best practices, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for debt recovery.
  • Recruiting and training new agents to join our team.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a manager or leader for a short-term loan or debt collection agency in Mexico.
  • A proven track record of successfully developing a team of debt collection agents.
  • Experience in start-up or scale-up environments.
  • Fluent and clear spoken English.
