Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled People Specialist to join our global team in Mexico City, Mexico. This role will be aligned to the North America and Latin America regions and will report to a senior HR leader. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in client-facing roles and a proven track record of partnering with managers to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers to develop and implement people strategies that drive business results
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations, and team development
  • Develop and implement programs to improve employee engagement, retention, and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve processes
  • Provide analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in Mexico and Brazil

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a client-facing HR role
  • Experience partnering directly with managers on performance management, employee relations, and team development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and practices in Mexico and Brazil

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growing environment, preferably in a technology company or large-scale organization
  • Experience supporting frontline managers in both tech and non-tech functions
  • Experience facilitating or developing enablement materials, educational content, employee workshops, or team trainings
  • Project management skills, with an ability to design and execute clear processes while successfully engaging other stakeholders to deliver work on schedule
