We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meeting Planning Business Partner to join our team at GSK. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our franchises with their processes and interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and Healthcare Organizations (HCO).
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to franchises with planning, implementation, and closing of meetings and special interactions, including conferences, webcasts, product launches, and sponsorship of HCP.
- Support internal and external events, such as product launches, annual sales meetings, year-end parties, training events, and business analysis.
- Coordinate all interactions with HCP/HCO, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations, optimization of resources, and focus on continuous improvement.
- Manage expense reports and ToV to HCP/HCOs.
- Continually search for new event providers to maintain fair competition and innovation.
- Deliver KPIs to internal stakeholders on impacted HCPs and events by type and franchise.
- Ensure the correct implementation of the Apollo project.
- Administer and manage the Veeva Events Management Module, ensuring the correct use of the tool between the sales force and medical team.
- Monitor all types of interactions, ensuring compliance with global and local policies for interactions with HCP/HCO.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Tourism, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in Marketing or compliance roles within the pharma industry.
- Intermediate English language skills.
- Work time flexibility and travel availability.
- Soft skills: creativity, stakeholder management, social skills, teamwork, communication skills, time management, and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of intermediate auditing.
- Advanced Excel skills, including macros.
- Veeva Vault experience.
- Project Management skills.
