As a Service Project Manager South, you will be responsible for executing the service growth plan by prioritizing and implementing service activities to fulfill maintenance contracts and service-level agreements. People Management:

- Identify and develop talent within the team of 14-15 technicians to reduce response time, repeat calls, and manage inventory.
Service Management:
- Grow Videojet revenues and printer placements by providing superior service through strong customer satisfaction skills and employing various tools.
- Excellent follow-up skills to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and all outstanding issues are closed.
- Financial management, including revenue growth, expense management, and inventory turns, with a basic understanding of high-level financial statements.
