About the Role:

At Giraf Logistics De Mexico Sa De Cv, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations and Service Delivery Manager to lead our operation team in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the customer's customs clearance, warehousing, delivery, and other service needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the operation team to ensure seamless delivery of service needs;
  • Coordinate and manage the cooperation between external and internal operation links;
  • Develop and implement business process improvements and service standards;
  • Monitor and address any problems or risks occurring in business links;
  • Design and optimize product solutions based on customer needs;
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors;

Requirements:
1. College degree or above in logistics management, customs declaration, or international freight forwarding;
2. At least 5-10 years of experience in business operation and management in international freight forwarding;
3. Strong communication and team management skills;
4. Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to changing situations;
5. Native language proficiency and good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;
